Sonic The Hedgehog - Genesis is a remake of the original Sonic The Hedgehog game originally released for the Sega Genesis in 1991. It was released for the Game Boy Advance in 2006 and features updated graphics, sound, and gameplay. Players control Sonic as he runs through various levels, collecting rings and defeating enemies while trying to stop Dr. Eggman from taking over the world. The game features seven zones, each with three acts and a boss battle, as well as a final showdown with Dr. Eggman.
