Double Dragon

Double Dragon is a classic 2D side-scrolling beat 'em up video game originally released in arcades in 1987 by Technos Japan Corporation. In the game, players control two brothers, Billy and Jimmy Lee, as they fight their way through various levels filled with gangs of enemies to rescue Billy's girlfriend from the gang leader. The game features simple controls for punching, kicking, jumping, and grabbing, as well as weapons such as baseball bats and knives that can be picked up from defeated enemies. The Japanese version of Double Dragon has some minor differences from the international release, including altered enemy sprites and difficulty adjustments.
