BS-X BIOS is not a game but rather a BIOS (Basic Input/Output System) that was used in conjunction with the Satellaview add-on for the Super Famicom (Japanese version of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System). The Satellaview allowed users to access and download games, as well as other content such as news and weather updates, via satellite broadcasts. The BS-X BIOS was required to use the Satellaview and provided the necessary system functions to connect to the broadcast and download content.
