Tetris Attack is a puzzle video game developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1995. The game features characters from the Yoshi's Island franchise and uses a gameplay mechanic similar to the popular game "Bejeweled." Players match up blocks of different colors to clear them from the screen, with the goal of preventing the blocks from reaching the top. The game includes both single-player and multiplayer modes.
